About Rustic Nature
“From soil grown roots to beauty in your home”
Michael Vlahadamis - Founder, Owner
Michael is an artist and wood worker who is refined from various skill sets that have led me to this point. He holds backgrounds and passions in art, engineering, carpentry, arbor-culture, and the outdoors that have helped him derive the ability to develop a productive atmosphere.
Working with various media, Michael creates furniture and pieces that simply stand out and speak for themselves.
It is his passion and pure love for woodworking that enables him to bring pieces to life. It is "The Reveal" that drives him; the moment when a finish is being applied to a piece making the grain and figure emerge. It is then he is able to stand back and admire my strive for perfection.
From raw stock to final form, Michael covers the entire process. Milling felled trees into slabs or dimensional lumber to create furniture is what sets him apart from the rest. Passion creates drive. Being able to focus on that drive and have an eye to visualize the final product into a unique one-off piece is a skill he has honed over many years. It is with experience coupled with talent that Michael is able to utilize certain characteristics of medias used to direct a piece to its final form.
It is his goal to bring your vision to life so that you can enjoy it for years to come. From soil grown roots to beauty in your home, Rustic Nature will deliver.
